no hardware · unlimited drivers · refund up to 24h before the race
StintCrow race workspace with live timing and the stint plan in light mode

Prepare for race day.

Plan the stints

Enter race length, drivers and pit rules. Generate and edit a stint plan, compare planned driver totals and review it against your organizer’s official regulations.

Race it live

Connect a supported timing link to follow kart positions, laps and gaps. Freshness indicators show when a feed is paused, quiet or unavailable.

Call the pits

The app tells you when the pit window opens, who takes over, and what the stop costs in track position. You call it with numbers, not vibes.

RACE DAY

One screen for the whole pit wall.

Keep the timing table, saved driver order and stint plan together. Compare recorded pace and planned stint lengths, with access for your team’s signed-in members.

What it does between the flags

Stint planner

Enter the race length, your drivers and the pit rules, and StintCrow generates a full stint plan in one click. Change any driver, stint or pit time and use Even out times to balance the rest. The timeline shows the whole race at a glance, and each driver’s total updates against the class limits as you edit. The plan checks itself against the rules you entered; the organizer’s rules remain authoritative.

Live timing, tagged

Paste a supported timing link and the timing board runs in the same tab as your plan. Tag your kart and the rivals you race against so they stand out in every refresh, and hide the columns you do not need. A freshness indicator shows when the feed is live, paused or quiet, so you never make a call on old data.

Race overview

The Race tab puts the next call on one card. See your overall position, an estimated relative position once every team has made the same number of stops, and the stops still to make. Below it: the driver in the kart, stint time against the plan, laps to the pit stop, and stint pace against the driver’s and the team’s average.

Competition pace

Tag the teams you race against and StintCrow tracks their pace after three laps. The Competition card shows each rival’s position, last lap and how much faster or slower they are than your driver right now. A rival’s pit stop resets only that rival. Rival pace stays in your browser and never goes into your team’s saved history.

Driver rotation

See who drives next, how long each stint is planned for and when it ends. Lock a stint with one click when it is done. The lineup moves forward only when you confirm it, never because the clock ran past a planned change.

Training pace

Give each driver a kart in practice and StintCrow records their laps from live timing. Drivers are ranked by run pace: out laps and laps far off their best are left out, and the fastest and slowest laps are trimmed. Open a driver to see every lap on a chart against their pace and the team average, then plan the race with the result.

Race report

Every lap your team drives is saved and shared with your teammates, during the race and after it. Filter by track configuration, driver and stint to compare best and trimmed pace, with every lap plotted in the driver’s colour. Download the race or your selection as a PDF, or keep a backup of the lap data.

Built for the tent

A browser workspace with a dark theme for the tent, compact timing rows and data shared with your whole team. No app to install and no hardware to carry. When the connection drops, laps wait on the device and save on their own when it comes back.

FAQ

Questions from the pit wall

Which timing providers does StintCrow support?

Automatic live timing works with compatible Apex Timing, BMI Leisure, Chronomoto and Speedhive session links. Support depends on the provider and the event. You can still open other timing links, but they do not feed the race screen.

Do we need any hardware?

No. StintCrow runs in a modern web browser, so there is nothing to install and no timing hardware to buy. You need an internet connection for live timing and for updates shared across your team.

How does StintCrow build a stint plan?

Enter the race length, your drivers and the pit rules: required pit stops, minimum and maximum stint and driver times, and pit window offsets. StintCrow generates a full plan that fits those rules, and you can change any stint and even out driver times. The organizer’s official regulations always take priority.

Can the whole team follow the race at the same time?

Yes. Every signed-in team member sees the same plan, live timing and race history on their own device. Team owners and admins edit the plan and the team; drivers follow along.

What happens if the timing feed stops?

Freshness indicators show when a feed is paused, quiet or unavailable, so you know not to trust stale gaps. Your stint plan does not depend on the feed and stays available for the next driver change.

How many drivers can a team have?

A team can have up to 150 members, far more than any endurance lineup needs. Choose the drivers for each race and give members owner, admin or driver roles.

Can several teams use StintCrow in the same race?

Yes. The organizer sets up the race rules and classes once. Each team then gets its own private entry with its own drivers, plan and timing settings.

Does it help in practice and training sessions?

Yes. Record training laps per driver and kart. StintCrow shows each driver’s pace after three clean laps, ranks drivers and karts, and exports a training log as a PDF.

How long does setup take?

About five minutes. Sign in with Google, name your team, add your drivers and enter your race. Teammates join with a link or a team code.

Your next race deserves a plan.

Setup takes five minutes. The race takes six hours. Choose wisely.
